A hard shot 7 in the game by Thierry De Kijser from a close distance when the talented Ludwig Helssen managed to make a qualified save. Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's players were relieved. 9 minutes into the game, Ief Goegebeur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pascal Van De Wiele was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thierry De Kijser did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Ludwig Helssen 13 minutes into the match. Pascal Van De Wiele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ief Goegebeur in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes Club Zwalm's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitri Meertens who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's zone, Dre Van Leemputte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Helssen came out of the goal and Dre Van Leemputte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Thierry De Kijser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludwig Helssen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's zone, Dre Van Leemputte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Helssen came out of the goal and Dre Van Leemputte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thierry De Kijser's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Ludwig Helssen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's Christiaan Laureijs got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Ludwig Helssen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dre Van Leemputte, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Dre Van Leemputte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Dre Van Leemputte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludwig Helssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dre Van Leemputte in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Club Zwalm's goal looked a bit too open when Dany Steenbeeck came free, but Pascal Van De Wiele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's Ludwig Helssen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Les Pédés De St-Tropez from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ief Goegebeur was the one to do the kick off. When Ief Goegebeur came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Les Pédés De St-Tropez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ief Goegebeur couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Dre Van Leemputte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludwig Helssen. Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dre Van Leemputte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 57 minutes into the match, Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's goal looked a bit too open when Dre Van Leemputte came free, but Ludwig Helssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ief Goegebeur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's supporters rose to their feet, but Ief Goegebeur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascal Van De Wiele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascal Van De Wiele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ief Goegebeur, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Thierry De Kijser had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludwig Helssen. Pascal Van De Wiele acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dimitri Meertens. After a rather tough play, Club Zwalm's Kurt Reynaerts got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben de Vleeschouwer was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Zwalm's players had a chance to rest. The Club Zwalm fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Club Zwalm's Dre Van Leemputte looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dre Van Leemputte in the 88th minute of play forced Les Pédés De St-Tropez 's goalkeeper Ludwig Helssen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Zwalm's Ruben de Vleeschouwer got a free kick in the 95th minute.
