Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pieterjan Schooters kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Matthieu Wolfs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiegem and the Zemst players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tiegem getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Matthieu Wolfs hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Timy Maeijnarts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiegem's supporters rose to their feet, but Timy Maeijnarts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolphe Maerschalk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Dean Klijnhens came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Zemst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dean Klijnhens couldn't finish the play. Antonio Grootjans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dean Klijnhens in the 21st minute. After 24 minutes of play Tiegem's Matthieu Wolfs was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Matthieu Wolfs kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Dean Klijnhens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Antonio Grootjans made a huge save. Alexander De Wortelaer charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander De Wortelaer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexander De Wortelaer hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Dean Klijnhens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zemst's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Klijnhens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dean Klijnhens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Antonio Grootjans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Dean Klijnhens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antonio Grootjans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes in the game, Dean Klijnhens fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Antonio Grootjans having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Brecht De Messemaecker had to leave the field with a concussion. Alexander De Wortelaer was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Tiegem getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Alexander De Wortelaer hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timy Maeijnarts made a kick off. If Timy Maeijnarts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Grootjans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dean Klijnhens's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jo Paelinck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiegem's supporters rose to their feet, but Jo Paelinck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolphe Maerschalk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the game, Pieterjan Schooters was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemst's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiegem the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zemst's Pieterjan Schooters got a free kick in the 85th minute. Bass Huyghebaert, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jo Paelinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Adolphe Maerschalk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiegem's Julius Haemers got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Tiegem failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
