Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) KFC L's Arthur Ruttens started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brandheide's Richmond Van der Meiren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Brandheide from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Louis De Baere's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cedrik Van Hinnendael was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luke Coeckelberghs got free with Richmond Van der Meiren in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Arthur Ruttens came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the KFC L fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arthur Ruttens couldn't finish the play. Arthur Ruttens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Richmond Van der Meiren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lionel Neef during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brandheide's Lionel Neef got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Brandheide getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ludo Koens hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ludo Koens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brandheide's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludo Koens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cedrik Van Hinnendael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in KFC L's zone, Louis De Baere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cedrik Van Hinnendael came out of the goal and Louis De Baere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cedrik Van Hinnendael came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Brandheide's Louis De Baere. But to his dismay, Louis De Baere quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Arthur Ruttens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ludo Koens struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Cedrik Van Hinnendael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brandheide. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludo Koens in the 48th minute of play forced KFC L's goalkeeper Cedrik Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis De Baere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, KFC L's goalkeeper Cedrik Van Hinnendael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludo Koens. 55 minutes into the game, Brandheide's Ludo Koens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cedrik Van Hinnendael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Arthur Ruttens put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Richmond Van der Meiren. Cedrik Van Hinnendael was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Louis De Baere capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Louis De Baere really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Ludo Koens's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Cedrik Van Hinnendael skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arthur Ruttens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Richmond Van der Meiren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luke Coeckelberghs scored 2-4 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richmond Van der Meiren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ludo Koens struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Cedrik Van Hinnendael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brandheide. After 91 played minutes KFC L got a freekick which was hit by Louis Verdonk. If Louis De Baere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, KFC L's goal looked a bit too open when Louis De Baere came free, but Cedrik Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludo Koens in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cedrik Van Hinnendael, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
