Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dave De Prins kicked off to start the match. Sven Ketelers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xander Van Bostraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Maerschalk having to make a save. Florian Sielis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Ketelers in the 14th minute of the match. If Adam Matthieu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xander-Paul Paelemans during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Maerschalk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Matthieu in the 25th minute. Pomptje's Jorge Maerschalk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Jennes in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Evert Jennes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forza Wontergem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pomptje the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Evert Jennes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 minutes of play, Pomptje's Dave De Prins made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Sielis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xander Van Bostraeten struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jorge Maerschalk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forza Wontergem. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xander Van Bostraeten to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven Ketelers got free with Florian Sielis in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Maerschalk came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Forza Wontergem's Adam Matthieu. But to his dismay, Adam Matthieu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jorge Maerschalk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xander Van Bostraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes, Francis Van de Wal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pomptje and the Forza Wontergem players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Forza Wontergem. Ben Schaerlaekens stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jorge Maerschalk. 2-1. A collision led to Pomptje getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Xander-Paul Paelemans hit a great ball. Pomptje's Jorge Maerschalk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Matthieu in the 79th minute of play. Jorge Maerschalk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xander Van Bostraeten's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 98th minute, Sven Ketelers made a precise shot to the right of Florian Sielis. Forza Wontergem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2.
