Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dominick Van Linthoud got the match started through his kick off. The long shot by Bruno van Haecht in the 3rd minute really tested Sven De Raedemaecker's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tim Van Hoght during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sporting CP's Tim Van Hoght got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Casper Callewaert took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sven De Raedemaecker to make any attempt to save it. Jeffery Van de Goor kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Sporting CP's Dominick Van Linthoud got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reinaert Van Eeckhout's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven De Raedemaecker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Niels Pulix kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Reinaert Van Eeckhout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Reinaert Van Eeckhout could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sven De Raedemaecker made a huge save. 32 minutes into the game, one of FC Mancunians:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Sporting CP. Stijn Stas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Artur De Kerpel. 1-1. The supporters of FC Mancunians booed when Sporting CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soren Berckmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaert Van Eeckhout got free with Sven De Raedemaecker in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, FC Mancunians's Casper Callewaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven De Raedemaecker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henri-Patrick Marrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. FC Mancunians's Artur De Kerpel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominick Van Linthoud in the 66th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Sporting CP got a freekick which was hit by Dominick Van Linthoud. Reinaert Van Eeckhout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven De Raedemaecker having to interfere. Sven De Raedemaecker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Callewaert in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Soren Berckmans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaert Van Eeckhout in the 95th minute of play forced Sporting CP's goalkeeper Sven De Raedemaecker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Callewaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
