Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jason Vischkens kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, FC Wolfsem's goalkeeper Arnoud Geerts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niels Kempenaers. Raymond Van Kelf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Niels Kempenaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to VC Schellebelle getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Reinard Vrijdag hit a great ball. After 17 minutes, Jason Vischkens made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. VC Schellebelle's Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guy Deckers in the 21st minute of play forced FC Wolfsem's goalkeeper Arnoud Geerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jason Vischkens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Raymond Van Kelf might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raymond Van Kelf ran back to his position shaking his head. Raymond Van Kelf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marnix Wolput fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Wolfsem's protests and gave Marnix Wolput a yellow card for diving instead. Niels Kempenaers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Arnoud Geerts made a huge save. Guy Deckers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes FC Wolfsem got a freekick which was hit by Marnix Wolput. Arnoud Geerts made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Niels Kempenaers sent off a good shot on target. Niels Kempenaers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoud Geerts having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Raymond Van Kelf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Raymond Van Kelf sent off a good shot on target. After 64 played minutes, FC Wolfsem's Berten De Jong shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Wolfsem reached it. Niels Kempenaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Arnoud Geerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raymond Van Kelf got free with Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FC Wolfsem booed when VC Schellebelle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinard Vrijdag didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Jason Vischkens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Van Cleynenbreugel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Georges Maerschalcx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Guy Deckers came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the VC Schellebelle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Deckers couldn't finish the play. Niels Kempenaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Guy Deckers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of VC Schellebelle booed when FC Wolfsem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthoon Kempenaers didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to VC Schellebelle getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Reinard Vrijdag hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Niels Kempenaers notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Wolfsem's Arnoud Geerts. Arnoud Geerts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
