Anthoon Kempenaers's late challenge caught a Momignies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anthoon Kempenaers helped the player get up and apologised. Anthoon Kempenaers kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Arnoud Geerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geordy Rompen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geordy Rompen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoud Geerts having to interfere. The FC Wolfsem supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Momignies's performance. The match ended with a win for Momignies.
