Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jonas Mallecots made the kick off which started today's match. Robbrecht Boumans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Huveneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Kleit's zone, Jonas Mallecots stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robbrecht Boumans came out of the goal and Jonas Mallecots tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Joel Huveneers came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the RSC Bertem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Huveneers couldn't finish the play. After 12 minutes, Luckas Rokeloos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kleit and the RSC Bertem players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Helssen in the 15th minute of play forced Kleit's goalkeeper Robbrecht Boumans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Huveneers kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gert Nelis charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert Nelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in RSC Bertem fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kleit a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Norbert Paelinck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RSC Bertem's Dries Justus. 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Gery De Spiegeleire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kleit's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gery De Spiegeleire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dries Justus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Serneels in the 29th minute of play. If Jonas Mallecots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Hendrik-Jan Verheyden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Joel Huveneers notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Kleit's Robbrecht Boumans. Robbrecht Boumans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Serneels made a kick off. After 56 played minutes Kleit got a freekick which was hit by Hendrik-Jan Verheyden. A collision led to RSC Bertem getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Robbie Balckmans hit a great ball. The supporters of Kleit booed when RSC Bertem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Helssen didn't get a good kick on the ball. RSC Bertem may have spent more time on the ball, but Kleit were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
