Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Herald Baecke started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lennart Franckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordy Sabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renzo Straetmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Franckx having to interfere. Luc Roscams could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Hans Geijselinckx made a huge save. Hans Geijselinckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herald Baecke in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Impegem booed when KFC Wijtschate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ron Van Beylen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Geijselinckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herald Baecke in the 17th minute of the match. Evert Bernage kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Impegem got a freekick which was hit by Evert Bernage. Renzo Straetmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lennart Franckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fabien Rouvroye came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the KFC Wijtschate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabien Rouvroye couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabien Rouvroye to strike the kick off in the second half. Lennart Franckx made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Renzo Straetmans sent off a good shot on target. Herald Baecke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Hans Geijselinckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Impegem got a freekick which was hit by Herald Baecke. Herald Baecke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans Geijselinckx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. KFC Wijtschate's Hans Geijselinckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luc Roscams in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Renzo Straetmans managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Wijtschate's supporters rose to their feet, but Renzo Straetmans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Franckx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabien Rouvroye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lennart Franckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Franckx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabien Rouvroye's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 79th match minute, KFC Wijtschate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Vissenakens to maneuver through the defense. Herald Baecke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Impegem's Lennart Franckx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Impegem from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Andrew Vissenakens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Pierrot Bracke in the 97th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Hans Geijselinckx's left hand side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
