Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mattias Taverniers took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Haverzee getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bart-Jan Van Herendael hit a great ball. Jan-Joost Van Clijnebreugel's late challenge caught a KVSK Sautin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Joost Van Clijnebreugel helped the player get up and apologised. Jan-Joost Van Clijnebreugel kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mattias Taverniers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Roockeloes having to interfere. Bruno De Baere struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Goffrey Van Der Meeren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haverzee. Steffen Roockeloes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 19th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tuur Demarez. Joost De Smet kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Janes Vereyt charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janes Vereyt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes KVSK Sautin got a freekick which was hit by Janes Vereyt. Goffrey Van Der Meeren came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Haverzee's Diedrik Pastijns. But to his dismay, Diedrik Pastijns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Jullian Toussain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Mattias Taverniers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jullian Toussain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Haverzee were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruno De Baere was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Haverzee's zone, Jullian Toussain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Roockeloes came out of the goal and Jullian Toussain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jamie Depelsmaker's late challenge caught a Haverzee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jamie Depelsmaker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Jamie Depelsmaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Taverniers might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steffen Roockeloes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mattias Taverniers ran back to his position shaking his head. With 66 minutes on the clock, Johnny Swartenbroekx commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 66th minute, one of Haverzee:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Haverzee. Steffen Roockeloes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Taverniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Mattias Taverniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Roockeloes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steffen Roockeloes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jullian Toussain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Jullian Toussain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Roockeloes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Taverniers in the 87th minute of play forced Haverzee's goalkeeper Steffen Roockeloes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jullian Toussain in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steffen Roockeloes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jullian Toussain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KVSK Sautin's Goffrey Van Der Meeren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save KVSK Sautin from getting a goal against them. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
