Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henri-Xavier Le Page kicked off to start the match. Nils Maeijnaerts's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jeoffrey Luytens firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 4 minutes, Frank Jansens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Werken and the Vaartkant players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Werken getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Frank Jansens hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, one of Vaartkant:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vaartkant. Henri-Xavier Le Page fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waud De Backer having to interfere. Nicolaas Lanen succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Jeoffrey Luytens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolaas Lanen's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vaartkant's zone, Nils Maeijnaerts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeoffrey Luytens came out of the goal and Nils Maeijnaerts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeoffrey Luytens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolaas Lanen's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Kobe Van Havent's late challenge caught a Werken's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kobe Van Havent helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot 31 in the game by Nicolaas Lanen from a close distance when the talented Jeoffrey Luytens managed to make a qualified save. Vaartkant's players were relieved. Nils Maeijnaerts let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 32nd minute shot 4-0 at rihgt post. Nicolaas Lanen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeoffrey Luytens came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolaas Lanen slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 37th minute. A collision led to Vaartkant getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ferdinand Van Houdtvinck hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Nils Maeijnaerts got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolaas Lanen in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeoffrey Luytens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolaas Lanen made a kick off. When Nicolaas Lanen came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Werken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolaas Lanen couldn't finish the play. When Werken's Nicolaas Lanen in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vaartkant's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolaas Lanen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jeoffrey Luytens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils Maeijnaerts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeoffrey Luytens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Maeijnaerts in the 75th minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Werken's Nicolaas Lanen made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeoffrey Luytens was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Werken fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Werken's Nicolaas Lanen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Oswald Pelleman fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Werken's protests and gave Oswald Pelleman a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 minutes, Nicolaas Lanen made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vaartkant's Jeoffrey Luytens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeoffrey Luytens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolaas Lanen in the 89th minute of the match. Nils Maeijnaerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jeoffrey Luytens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 minutes of play, Werken's Nils Maeijnaerts made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeoffrey Luytens was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Werken fully deserved thier win.
