Jeffrey Ingelborghs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oswald Van Caels in the 12th minute of the match. Bram Geerts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Verheijd couldn't finish the play. Jeffrey Ingelborghs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Verheijd in the 62nd minute of the match. KV Wanzele's Michel Verheijd got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Laurend Spoelbergh came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the KV Wanzele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurend Spoelbergh couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Michel Verheijd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes, Michel Verheijd made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Elverdinge's Jeffrey Ingelborghs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Michel Verheijd might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeffrey Ingelborghs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Verheijd ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the game, Michel Verheijd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jeffrey Ingelborghs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When KV Wanzele's Michel Verheijd in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jeffrey Ingelborghs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Bernaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 93 minutes, Conrad Kerckmans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KV Wanzele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrad Kerckmans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Conrad Kerckmans came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the KV Wanzele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrad Kerckmans couldn't finish the play. KV Wanzele's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
