Maxime Van Vyve charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maxime Van Vyve the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Kon.Bresvlim got a freekick which was hit by Maxime Van Vyve. Gilian Van Eijken acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gilliam Van Hemel. Harald Cantillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Timy Bernaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeveren 's Timy Bernaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Cantillon in the 10th minute of play. Jacob Van den Plas hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kon.Bresvlim's Gilian Van Eijken got control of the ball when Senne Herremans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harald Cantillon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Zeveren 's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastien Liboton came free, but Timy Bernaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Van Der Linden hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes Kon.Bresvlim got a freekick which was hit by Sebastien Liboton. Sebastien Liboton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Timy Bernaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Zeveren booed when Kon.Bresvlim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Cantillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Bauweleers hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Sebastien Liboton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timy Bernaerts having to interfere. Isidoor De Messemaecker hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Gilian Van Eijken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Van den Plas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harald Cantillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timy Bernaerts having to interfere. Isidoor De Messemaecker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Timy Bernaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wart Verstraeten to make the kick off. Kon.Bresvlim's Isidoor De Messemaecker got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Harald Cantillon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kon.Bresvlim's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Cantillon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timy Bernaerts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Senne Herremans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gilian Van Eijken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kon.Bresvlim's Harald Cantillon got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kon.Bresvlim's Isidoor De Messemaecker got a free kick in the 67th minute. Senne Herremans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilian Van Eijken having to interfere. If Harald Cantillon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastien Liboton might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timy Bernaerts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastien Liboton ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacob Van den Plas hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Julius Huijberechts came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Kon.Bresvlim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julius Huijberechts couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Zeveren 's goalkeeper Timy Bernaerts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoor De Messemaecker. When Nicolas Van Der Linden fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zeveren 's protests and gave Nicolas Van Der Linden a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, Zeveren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Van Der Linden to maneuver through the defense. Harald Cantillon struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Timy Bernaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kon.Bresvlim. After a defensive mix-up in Zeveren 's zone, Harald Cantillon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timy Bernaerts came out of the goal and Harald Cantillon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Julius Huijberechts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Isidoor De Messemaecker came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Kon.Bresvlim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoor De Messemaecker couldn't finish the play.
