The tension between the KV Ertvelde and the Leffe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeremie Anthonis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Sven den Pelsmaeker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd play minute Dan Klaes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Artuur Van Hoyveldt. 0-3. KV Ertvelde played a much better game than Leffe and deserved their victory. The Leffe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
