Artur Algoedt came out of the goal and Charles-Louis Dauwe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Jannes Wigghers fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of AFC Glain booed when SC Tielrode was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octave De Weyngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SC Tielrode getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Herald van Goetsenhoven hit a great ball. Octave De Weyngaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Steve Van Leempoel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octave De Weyngaert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jannes Wigghers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Steve Van Leempoel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles-Louis Dauwe struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Artur Algoedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Glain. When SC Tielrode's Jannes Wigghers in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC Glain's goalie prevented a goal. Andries De Metser charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andries De Metser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AFC Glain getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Andries De Metser hit a great ball. When Bass De Bruyn came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the AFC Glain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bass De Bruyn couldn't finish the play. A collision led to SC Tielrode getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rudy Spailer hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, SC Tielrode's Herald van Goetsenhoven got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Charles-Louis Dauwe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Algoedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles-Louis Dauwe in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herald van Goetsenhoven during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Tielrode! Bass De kaiser charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Charles-Louis Dauwe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 75th playminute. If Bass De Bruyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bart-Jan Van Brussel during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bart-Jan Van Brussel hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, AFC Glain's Charles-Louis Dauwe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Algoedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 played minutes SC Tielrode got a freekick which was hit by Roland Ivens. Charles-Louis Dauwe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Artur Algoedt made a huge save. Jannes Wigghers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steve Van Leempoel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Jannes Wigghers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Steve Van Leempoel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The SC Tielrode supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AFC Glain's performance. The match ended with a win for AFC Glain.
