Vincent Belmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Weets having to interfere. When Vincent Belmans came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Seneffe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Belmans couldn't finish the play. After 13 played minutes Tielt-Winge got a freekick which was hit by Loui Elsens. Vincent Belmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Thomas-Jan Buyck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Weets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Belmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bernard Weets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 33 in the game by Vincent Belmans from a close distance when the talented Bernard Weets managed to make a qualified save. Tielt-Winge's players were relieved. A collision led to Tielt-Winge getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kurt Van Huele hit a great ball. Dyllan Huijgens was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thomas-Jan Buyck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Weets having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristen Hacke during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45thth minute of the game Thomas-Jan Buyck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tielt-Winge's Bernard Weets was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Tielt-Winge's Kristen Hacke got a free kick in the 45th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
57 minutes into the match, Tielt-Winge's Mathias-Alexander De Cerpel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Sliepers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jacky De Deygere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Thomas-Jan Buyck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Weets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathias-Alexander De Cerpel struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Marcus Sliepers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tielt-Winge. Marcus Sliepers made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Kristen Hacke sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Sliepers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacky De Deygere in the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Seneffe's zone, Mathias-Alexander De Cerpel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Sliepers came out of the goal and Mathias-Alexander De Cerpel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seneffe's Thomas-Jan Buyck got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90thth minute of the game Thomas-Jan Buyck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tielt-Winge's Bernard Weets was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Seneffe's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
