Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matthias Van den Hoff made the kick off which started today's match. If Youri Van den Berghe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Youri Van den Berghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaspar Van Maestricht having to interfere. Luuk Tobbackers made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Matias Callens sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Matthias Van den Hoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luuk Tobbackers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glain's Luuk Tobbackers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Van den Hoff in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Glain getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Artur de Koninck hit a great ball. Matias Callens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Luuk Tobbackers made a huge save. When Jan Deckers fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vielsalm's protests and gave Jan Deckers a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Glain booed when Vielsalm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Deckers didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Vielsalm's Matias Callens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luuk Tobbackers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Youri Van Cleijnenbreughel hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Haesevoets made a kick off. Luuk Tobbackers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieterjan Van Linthoud in the 53rd minute of play. Luuk Tobbackers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Frederickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jaspar Van Maestricht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Haesevoets in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Matthias Van den Hoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vielsalm's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Van den Hoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luuk Tobbackers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Callens in the 62nd minute of play forced Glain's goalkeeper Luuk Tobbackers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Youri Van den Berghe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jaspar Van Maestricht was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Youri Van den Berghe notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Vielsalm's Jaspar Van Maestricht. Jaspar Van Maestricht was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaspar Van Maestricht made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Youri Van den Berghe sent off a good shot on target. When Youri Van den Berghe came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Glain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Youri Van den Berghe couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthias Van den Hoff in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luuk Tobbackers saved Glain from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Matthias Van den Hoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luuk Tobbackers. Glain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Van den Hoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Youri Van den Berghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaspar Van Maestricht having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Glain's Youri Van den Berghe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jaspar Van Maestricht. That made the score 2-3 after 96 minutes of play. Glain's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
