Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alek van Kelfs got the match started through his kick off. Tomm Hemelaers charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomm Hemelaers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Leeuwergem getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tomm Hemelaers hit a great ball. Emiel Snoekens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Lionel Beetens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jean-Louis Roockeloes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Alek van Kelfs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jean-Louis Roockeloes. Alek van Kelfs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Club Genappe's Elias De Metser in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
