Alek van Kelfs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Youri De Clercq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KAA Ruette's zone, Lionel Beetens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 65th minute, Thobias Verduijn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Youri De Clercq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alek van Kelfs in the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Fransesco Cox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christoph Bernage was relentless in the 76th minute of the game.
