Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Youri Lefevere took the kick off in the first half of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Felix Van Meenen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 13th match minute, KRC Bambrugge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izak Deconynck to maneuver through the defense. If Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game Felix Van Meenen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nederhasselt's Izak De Vlaeminck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nederhasselt's Izak De Vlaeminck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Van Meenen in the 18th minute of play. Youri Lefevere struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Willy Poets didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nederhasselt. If Youri Lefevere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Nederhasselt's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Van Meenen came free, but Izak De Vlaeminck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Izak De Vlaeminck made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Richmond Van Malcot sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Felix Van Meenen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richmond Van Malcots short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Izak De Vlaeminck to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Van Meenen in the 38th minute of play forced Nederhasselt's goalkeeper Izak De Vlaeminck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nederhasselt's goalkeeper Izak De Vlaeminck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Izak De Vlaeminck managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when KRC Bambrugge's Richmond Van Malcot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Izak De Vlaeminck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Van Meenen in the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Felix Van Meenen made the kick off in the second half. If Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Van Meenen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nederhasselt getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Alan Du Sausois hit a great ball. Nederhasselt's Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willy Poets having to interfere. If Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantijn Uyterhelcht during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to KRC Bambrugge getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Constantijn Uyterhelcht hit a great ball. Izak De Vlaeminck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Van Meenen in the 78th minute of play. If Felix Van Meenen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the game, Felix Van Meenen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Izak De Vlaeminck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Willy Poets made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Sam-Lucas Wijnrijx sent off a good shot on target. Felix Van Meenen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nederhasselt's Izak De Vlaeminck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richmond Van Malcot in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Alan Du Sausois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
