Mathias Van dooren made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jullian van Elderen immediately put the ball in play. Viktor Roelants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominic Tombeurs in the 37th minute of the match. Wout Rompen's late challenge caught a Berliner Bären's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wout Rompen helped the player get up and apologised. Wout Rompen kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Sammy Candries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Pisculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
