Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Buitre SC's Mathieu Meijers started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lucas Maeijnaerts's late challenge caught a Buitre SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Maeijnaerts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Lucas Maeijnaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yelle Mathy hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 8 played minutes Berliner Bären got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Huts. In the 9th minute of the match Yanniek Niewens sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktor Roelants skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathieu Meijers in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viktor Roelants saved Berliner Bären from getting behind. Bastiaan Callens came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Berliner Bären's Elias Coveliers. But to his dismay, Elias Coveliers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Răzvan Pisculescu took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bastiaan Callens. Bastiaan Callens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathieu Meijers in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viktor Roelants prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Buitre SC's Mathieu Meijers in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berliner Bären's goalie prevented a goal. Berliner Bären's Viktor Roelants played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias De Pauw in the 37th minute of play. Matias De Pauw scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viktor Roelants, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Mathieu Meijers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Roelants was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Mathieu Meijers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buitre SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathieu Meijers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Roelants breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jullian van Elderen hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Răzvan Pisculescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Buitre SC's Yanniek Niewens seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yanniek Niewens the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Buitre SC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yanniek Niewens had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Buitre SC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Yanniek Niewens hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Berliner Bären's zone, Evert Goddez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Roelants came out of the goal and Evert Goddez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mattias de Pelsmaecker struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Viktor Roelants didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buitre SC. 61 minutes into the game, Berliner Bären's Răzvan Pisculescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bastiaan Callens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 65 minutes into the match, Buitre SC's Mattias de Pelsmaecker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viktor Roelants narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bastiaan Callens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Răzvan Pisculescu in the 68th minute. After 70 played minutes Berliner Bären got a freekick which was hit by Jullian van Elderen. 84 minutes into the game, Elias Coveliers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bastiaan Callens. Elias Coveliers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Viktor Roelants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias de Pelsmaecker in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match Buitre SC got a corner. Berliner Bären's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evert Goddez ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Buitre SC's corner Evert Goddez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Viktor Roelants quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Berliner Bären getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mathias Van dooren hit a great ball. Mattias de Pelsmaecker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, Berliner Bären was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Răzvan Pisculescu to maneuver through the defense. The Berliner Bären supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Berliner Bären would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
