Frank Gagula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bukres's Frank Gagula got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Nećko Baotić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vekoslav Bradarić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fejzo Turković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bukres's Frank Gagula got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Gagula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bajezid Karoglan having to interfere. Frank Gagula struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Bajezid Karoglan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bukres. Željezničar's Bajezid Karoglan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Gagula in the 34th minute of play. Fejzo Turković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 45 minutes, Fejzo Turković managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bukres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fejzo Turković was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Fejzo Turković made the kick off in the second half. Fejzo Turković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fejzo Turković in the 56th minute of play forced Željezničar's goalkeeper Bajezid Karoglan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Željezničar's Jasin Bučinski got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bajezid Karoglan made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Frank Gagula sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alemdar Sejfović in the 62nd minute of play forced Bukres's goalkeeper Vekoslav Bradarić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Bukres's Frank Gagula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bajezid Karoglan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Željezničar's Muniz Nemeljaković in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bukres's goalie prevented a goal. After 76th play minutes Frank Gagula shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Bajezid Karoglan and just under the crossbar into goal. Frank Gagula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Željezničar's Bajezid Karoglan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fejzo Turković in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Vedad Hamdić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bukres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vedad Hamdić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Gagula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bajezid Karoglan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bukres played a much better game than Željezničar and deserved their victory. The Željezničar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
