Dževad Pečelj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vedovica's Josif Bebanić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Kadrić in the 14th minute of play. Josif Bebanić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miro Kadrić, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Azim Jakupović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dževad Pečelj in the 19th minute of the match. Behadir Smajilbegović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Vedovica booed when Vilusi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jugomir Ifetović didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Sodić got free with Azim Jakupović in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Vilusi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
