The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Stefan Ezibović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. But to his dismay, Stefan Ezibović quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Podonis's Nadim Milanić got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Vukoje Regoje had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the Sadine FK and the Podonis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Sadine FK got a freekick which was hit by Ado Burić. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Ezibović in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslav Urukalo saved Podonis from getting behind. Jašenko Tajkić's late challenge caught a Sadine FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jašenko Tajkić helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Podonis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jašenko Tajkić to maneuver through the defense. Jašenko Tajkić might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Munir Helvida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jašenko Tajkić ran back to his position shaking his head. Stefan Ezibović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Ezibović to make the kick off. Munir Helvida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nakija Prlić, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Sadine FK's Munir Helvida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Radojčić in the 69th minute of play. Stefan Ezibović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Radoslav Urukalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Ezibović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslav Urukalo having to interfere. Podonis's Radoslav Urukalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Podonis from getting a goal against them. Orhan Radojčić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Munir Helvida having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Orhan Radojčić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Podonis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orhan Radojčić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Živorad Ramljak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Podonis's goalkeeper Radoslav Urukalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vukoje Regoje. Podonis's Radoslav Urukalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Ezibović in the 97th minute of play. The Sadine FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sadine FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
