A collision led to Saulehen getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ralf Kuinke hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Tobias Kolpers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Grabner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Saulehen's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Jakobs came free, but Kai Dober reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Saulehen got a freekick which was hit by Rick Rintzel. In the 26th minute, Marcel Metzler made a precise shot to the right of Kai Dober. Saulehen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Constantin-Maximilian Scholven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincent Grabner's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When Vincent Grabner came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Saulehen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Grabner couldn't finish the play. Vincent Grabner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Saulehen's Tobias Kolpers got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A hard shot 93 in the game by Vincent Grabner from a close distance when the talented Constantin-Maximilian Scholven managed to make a qualified save. MODECO Möbelhandels GmbH's players were relieved. Carlo Biskup might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantin-Maximilian Scholven. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlo Biskup ran back to his position shaking his head. Saulehen were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing MODECO Möbelhandels GmbH to leave the ground with a draw.
