Cedric Jani came out of the goal and Dennis-Sven Bach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Louis Gemein might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Miswchler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Louis Gemein ran back to his position shaking his head. 13 minutes into the game, Stefan-Benjamin von Berg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hinterbichl's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Getzelsdorf FSV the free kick. After 13 played minutes Hinterbichl got a freekick which was hit by Stefan-Benjamin von Berg. In the 14th minute of the match Henning Karhoff sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Miswchler skillfully saved the ball. In the 15th minute Wolfram Reiners shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Miswchler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Wolfram Reiners made a precise shot to the right of Marcel Miswchler. Hinterbichl's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rene Schuh hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Andreas Sommer came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Hinterbichl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Sommer couldn't finish the play. Cedric Jani made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jonathan Ebert sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Dennis-Sven Bach fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cedric Jani, passed just outside the right post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wolfram Reiners to make the kick off. Dennis-Sven Bach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Jani having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hinterbichl fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Getzelsdorf FSV a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Henning Karhoff, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hinterbichl's Marcel Miswchler. 0-2. Cedric Jani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hinterbichl. After 86 played minutes Getzelsdorf FSV got a freekick which was hit by Alex Aumann. Wolfram Reiners fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Miswchler having to interfere. If Wolfram Reiners had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Wolfram Reiners got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hinterbichl's Marcel Miswchler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Hinterbichl from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Getzelsdorf FSV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
