Justin Lohn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Steven Rennert. BRUSK FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Rouven Pürk came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Oberlassnitz FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rouven Pürk couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BRUSK FC's zone, Jan Beckert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steven Rennert came out of the goal and Jan Beckert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes, Frank Tiedke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BRUSK FC and the Oberlassnitz FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes BRUSK FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Tiedke. A collision led to BRUSK FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Morten Zerbe hit a great ball. Jan Beckert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a left leg Steven Rennert saved BRUSK FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Burgstaller in the 43rd minute of play forced Oberlassnitz FSV's goalkeeper Niclas Vitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Oberlassnitz FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Halleck came free, but Niclas Vitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Oberlassnitz FSV's zone, Claus Amerhauser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Vitz came out of the goal and Claus Amerhauser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niclas Vitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claus Amerhauser in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Oberlassnitz FSV got a freekick which was hit by Bernd Schmidhuber. BRUSK FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Jan Beckert scored to the left of an out of position Steven Rennert, making the score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Beckert in the 65th minute of play forced BRUSK FC's goalkeeper Steven Rennert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BRUSK FC's Steven Rennert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save BRUSK FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, BRUSK FC's Steven Rennert got control of the ball when Rouven Pürk tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Robert Burgstaller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BRUSK FC reached it. Oberlassnitz FSV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
