The referee gave Galatasaray Alpi a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. Wolfram Drews showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Sondermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Michael Kiepsch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Kiepsch in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Eberhart saved Galatasaray Alpi from getting behind. WalmersdorfY's Wolfram Drews proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save WalmersdorfY from getting a goal against them. Mario Sondermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When David Kürten fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WalmersdorfY's protests and gave David Kürten a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Ramusch succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 67th playminute. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Wolfram Drews successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in WalmersdorfY's zone, Mario Sondermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Sondermann got free with Wolfram Drews in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, WalmersdorfY's Lothar Dorazil got a free kick in the 91st minute. Galatasaray Alpi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
