Justus Born in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andy Redder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Morten Portner's late challenge caught a Brand's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morten Portner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute of the match Gordon Brütt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Icking showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 16th match minute, Kral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Heupel to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Brand's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Burkhardt came free, but Andy Redder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Brand booed when Kral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Heupel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Justus Born came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Kral FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justus Born couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Alexander Burkhardt made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Justus Born made a precise shot to the right of Andy Redder. Brand's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. During the 60th minute of the match Andreas Heupel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andreas Heupel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Brand booed when Kral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Heupel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Icking made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduard Osterholt in the 65th minute. Andy Redder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justus Born in the 67th minute of play. Jan-Peter Treptow charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Peter Treptow the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Brand got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Peter Treptow. Eduard Osterholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Icking having to interfere. If Justus Born had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justus Born struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Andy Redder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kral FC. Andy Redder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justus Born went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Andy Redder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Vollmari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Kral FC booed when Brand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Peter Treptow didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Brand's Simon Kompa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. There was no doubt that Kral FC were the better team. Kral FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
