Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bernhardshof FSV's Marcus Rütten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernd Seiderer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Rütten in the 4th minute of the match. Marcus Rütten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernd Seiderer having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bernhardshof FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Ralf Schleiermacher went to the wrong direction when Valentin Strerath was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a rather tough play, Bernhardshof FSV's Lars Reichel got a free kick in the 12th minute. Bernd Seiderer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magnus Kellner went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Peter Stauder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valentin Strerath's late challenge caught a Bernhardshof FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Strerath helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bernhardshof FSV booed when Willersbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Strerath didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Boris Junglas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernd Seiderer skillfully saved the ball. In the 30th minute, Wilhelm Pierron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes Willersbach got a freekick which was hit by Peter Stauder. 31 minutes in the game, Peter Stauder got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Kellner in the 35th minute of play forced Willersbach's goalkeeper Bernd Seiderer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernd Seiderer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magnus Kellner, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Björn Reuter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ralf Schleiermacher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralf Schleiermacher was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Stauder showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 44 minute of play. Ralf Schleiermacher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Stauder, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Stauder to make the kick off. Bernd Seiderer made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Magnus Kellner sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Stauder in the 54th minute of play forced Bernhardshof FSV's goalkeeper Ralf Schleiermacher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederik Reinke's late challenge caught a Willersbach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frederik Reinke helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Frederik Reinke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Björn Reuter struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ralf Schleiermacher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Willersbach. Björn Reuter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 minutes, Marcus Rütten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bernhardshof FSV and the Willersbach players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Bernhardshof FSV got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Rütten. Frederik Reinke got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Bernhardshof FSV's Frederik Reinke got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Peter Stauder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, one of Bernhardshof FSV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bernhardshof FSV. Bernhardshof FSV:s Ralf Schleiermacher showed great skill when he stopped Valentin Strerath:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Peter Stauder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Willersbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Stauder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ralf Schleiermacher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars Reichel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bernd Seiderer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Kellner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernd Seiderer having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
