Haid:s Kilian Manninger showed great skill when he stopped Pascal Muchow:s penalty. 10 minutes into the match, Pascal Muchow had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kilian Manninger. Haid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascal Muchow was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. David Hartmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Frank Häfele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andre Mothe might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frank Häfele. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andre Mothe ran back to his position shaking his head. If Andre Mothe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kilian Manninger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-André Praßke, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Haid getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Alexander Krone hit a great ball. David Hartmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Häfele having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Schwodiau FC got a freekick which was hit by Robin Ballik. Frank Häfele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Mothe in the 37th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Pierre-André Praßke took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Kilian Manninger to make any attempt to save it. Uli Pürk charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Many of Haid's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Haid may have spent more time on the ball, but Schwodiau FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
