The supporters of SOCCER Team booed when Barnthal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Wilmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Gerrit Neumann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timo-Fabian Webel. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Magnus Wilmann made a kick off. After 58 minutes, Timo Petershagen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barnthal and the SOCCER Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timo-Fabian Webel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerrit Neumann went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute Magnus Wilmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedric Lakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gerrit Neumann managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOCCER Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerrit Neumann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
