Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrick Liebezeit started the match with the kick off. Dirk Koppers's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Rüdiger Webermann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dirk Koppers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thomas Pfeifenberger kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Tobias Rutkowski made a precise shot to the right of Dominik Brunmayr. FC Hofer08's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th minute, Hannes Kehren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dirk Koppers had several of the SV DUCKS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Rüdiger Webermann as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sebastian Lehrer hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Tobias Rutkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Walter Päzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Rüdiger Webermann made a huge save. Hannes Kehren's late challenge caught a FC Hofer08's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hannes Kehren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Hannes Kehren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SV DUCKS's zone, Dirk Koppers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rüdiger Webermann came out of the goal and Dirk Koppers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SV DUCKS's Rüdiger Webermann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save SV DUCKS from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Hofer08's Thomas Pfeifenberger got a free kick in the 34th minute. Dirk Koppers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dirk Koppers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Rüdiger Webermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Walter Päzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Hofer08's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV DUCKS the free kick. The supporters of SV DUCKS booed when FC Hofer08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Päzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dirk Koppers to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Hofer08 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Walter Päzel hit a great ball. Thilo Hampen hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When FC Hofer08's Dirk Koppers in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV DUCKS's goalie prevented a goal. The FC Hofer08 fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when FC Hofer08's Dirk Koppers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 68 minutes, Dirk Koppers made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. SV DUCKS's Rüdiger Webermann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dirk Koppers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rüdiger Webermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, FC Hofer08's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Liebezeit came free, but Dominik Brunmayr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC Hofer08's Dirk Koppers in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV DUCKS's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dirk Koppers in the 81st minute of play forced SV DUCKS's goalkeeper Rüdiger Webermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Matthias Dörfler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rüdiger Webermann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dirk Koppers went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Dirk Koppers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rüdiger Webermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dirk Koppers in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rüdiger Webermann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rüdiger Webermann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dirk Koppers's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the FC Hofer08 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
