With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philipp Lechtenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Sebastian Uebach fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Philipp Lechtenberg, passed just outside the right post. Matthias Mölleken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, jvuzdigital's Philipp Lechtenberg threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Uebach, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Kellergasse's zone, Sebastian Uebach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Lechtenberg came out of the goal and Sebastian Uebach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Nino Gaertner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christoph Bauschus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kellergasse's Philipp Lechtenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Uebach in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Uebach in the 23rd minute of play forced Kellergasse's goalkeeper Philipp Lechtenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Uebach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philipp Lechtenberg was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Sebastian Uebach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to jvuzdigital getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Matthias Mölleken hit a great ball. Matthias Mölleken's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Philipp Lechtenberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. jvuzdigital's Matthias Mölleken got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Philipp Lechtenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steffen Austerer in the 36th minute. Florian Weigelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Lechtenberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in jvuzdigital's zone, Philipp Lorei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoph Bauschus came out of the goal and Philipp Lorei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Uebach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Kellergasse's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Mölleken came free, but Philipp Lechtenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Sebastian Uebach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Philipp Lechtenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Matthias Mölleken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Florian Weigelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kellergasse getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rainer Rösen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Uebach in the 82nd minute of play forced Kellergasse's goalkeeper Philipp Lechtenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Sebastian Uebach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. jvuzdigital's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Uebach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Matthias Mölleken managed to get in a good position for a shot. jvuzdigital's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Mölleken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philipp Lechtenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Philipp Lechtenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthias Mölleken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philipp Lechtenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Uebach in the 96th minute of play. Kellergasse succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though jvuzdigital had controlled the match.
