Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torsten Kunce kicked off to start the match. Boris Bielstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Kunce, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Brandberg FC's Björn Wirtgen got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8 played minutes, Taggenbrunn's Dustin Grevenbrock shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roman Spruck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Taggenbrunn reached it. If Torsten Kunce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Taggenbrunn's Helmar Ballack in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brandberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Kunce in the 22nd minute of play forced Taggenbrunn's goalkeeper Boris Bielstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boris Bielstein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Senzel went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 30th match minute, Brandberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Gärtner to maneuver through the defense. Helmar Ballack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Wirtgen kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Peter Kuhnz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Spruck. Brandberg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Kuhnz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 39th minute Peter Kuhnz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Spruck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes Taggenbrunn got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Handrich. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Kuhnz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Taggenbrunn's Peter Kuhnz got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Peter Kuhnz came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Taggenbrunn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Kuhnz couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Brandberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Klöck to maneuver through the defense. When Dustin Grevenbrock came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Taggenbrunn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dustin Grevenbrock couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Brandberg FC's goalkeeper Roman Spruck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Handrich. Brandberg FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Peter Kuhnz scored to the left of an out of position Roman Spruck, making the score, 2-2. Roman Spruck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Kuhnz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 79 minute of play. Helmar Ballack's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Roman Spruck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Taggenbrunn eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
