Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julius Memmert started the match with the kick off. Dennis-Maurice Mohr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Walloch having to interfere. Jochen Bastian hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Julius Memmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tim-Oliver Seisler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Lasse Engel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Windhaag FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lasse Engel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim-Oliver Seisler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Windhaag FC's Julius Memmert got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dennis-Maurice Mohr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Lasse Engel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Julius Memmert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Windhaag FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schladnitz the free kick. The supporters of Schladnitz booed when Windhaag FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julius Memmert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Frank-Dieter Lammers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Windhaag FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schladnitz the free kick. In the 21st match minute, Windhaag FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank-Dieter Lammers to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Windhaag FC's goal looked a bit too open when Klaus-Marco Langhammer came free, but Sebastian Walloch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lasse Engel got free with Tim-Oliver Seisler in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 35 minutes, Kai-Christian Ernesti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Windhaag FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kai-Christian Ernesti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lasse Engel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Dennis-Maurice Mohr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis-Maurice Mohr in the 48th minute of play forced Windhaag FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Walloch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis-Maurice Mohr stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Schladnitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jochen Bastian to maneuver through the defense. Tim-Oliver Seisler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lasse Engel in the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Jochen Bastian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Lasse Engel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tim-Oliver Seisler was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Tim-Oliver Seisler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lasse Engel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Lasse Engel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Schladnitz's Jochen Bastian got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Julius Memmert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Schladnitz's goalkeeper Tim-Oliver Seisler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Klaus-Marco Langhammer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Windhaag FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis-Maurice Mohr came free, but Sebastian Walloch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Windhaag FC's Lasse Engel got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Julius Memmert came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Windhaag FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julius Memmert couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kai-Christian Ernesti during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
