Jakob Aust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Kohler, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristof Schnaebeli in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Linsberg FC's Heiko Schellenberger got a free kick in the 14th minute. Marko Ozabiner, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kjell Stigsson hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Lutz Friesen hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Linsberg FC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Domaćinski's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torben Lambacher took the corner. Linsberg FC's Torben Lambacher was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jakob Aust in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 30th match minute, Linsberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rod Stewart to maneuver through the defense. Domaćinski's Marko Ozabiner couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Linsberg FC. 39 minutes into the match, Domaćinski's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Lichucki came free, but Jakob Aust reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 47 minutes, Mikolaj Lichucki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linsberg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Lichucki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Domaćinski players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Linsberg FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikolaj Lichucki made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Marc Börstling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Domaćinski's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Börstling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Ström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domaćinski's Jakob Aust played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Lack in the 53rd minute of play. When Kjell Stigsson fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linsberg FC's protests and gave Kjell Stigsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Kjell Stigsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Linsberg FC booed when Domaćinski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Hendricks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakob Aust showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Lack in the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Linsberg FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Felix Kohler hit a great ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Domaćinski's goalkeeper Jakob Aust, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Kohler got free with Jakob Aust in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Heiko Schellenberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Domaćinski booed when Linsberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Matzkies didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Domaćinski's Henrik Hendricks got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Mikolaj Lichucki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Felix Kohler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jakob Aust was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mikolaj Lichucki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Kohler kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Linsberg FC's Torben Lambacher got a free kick in the 89th minute. Sascha Brinkmeier struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Torsten Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Domaćinski. After 94 minutes Linsberg FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marko Ozabiner who took care of the corner kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Linsberg FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
