The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Shkrel KF's Eneo Shaho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasim Spaha in the 4th minute of play. Meleq Sadikllari made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Kelsi Pajo sent off a good shot on target. If Rasim Spaha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Arras KS getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mark Zeqiri hit a great ball. Meleq Sadikllari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merlon Kadare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arras KS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Merlon Kadare 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rezart Teli during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rezart Teli kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Mark Zeqiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Trim Alikaj fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shkrel KF's protests and gave Trim Alikaj a yellow card for diving instead. Trim Alikaj kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Mark Zeqiri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eneo Shaho. Shkrel KF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Zeqiri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Merlon Kadare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 minutes, Enea Çerçizi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arras KS and the Shkrel KF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Arras KS got a freekick which was hit by Enea Çerçizi. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rasim Spaha made a kick off. Rasim Spaha took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eneo Shaho. Eneo Shaho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Arras KS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Erando Maniani hit a great ball. With a little luck, Shkrel KF's Eneo Shaho got control of the ball when Mark Zeqiri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Shkrel KF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lasgush Stoli to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Rasim Spaha made a precise shot to the right of Eneo Shaho. Shkrel KF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Eneo Shaho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasim Spaha, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Shkrel KF getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Rezart Teli hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Mark Zeqiri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arras KS's supporters rose to their feet, but Mark Zeqiri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eneo Shaho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rezart Teli got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 75th minute, Rezart Teli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark Zeqiri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Eneo Shaho made a huge save. Mark Zeqiri might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eneo Shaho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mark Zeqiri ran back to his position shaking his head. Kelsi Pajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meleq Sadikllari having to interfere. Mark Zeqiri in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eneo Shaho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eneo Shaho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasim Spaha, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Ingert Januzaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes, Arras KS's Sami Kaliaj shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eneo Shaho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arras KS reached it. The Arras KS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Arras KS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
