Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Romeo Vlonjati got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Gjirokastër booed when Shkrel KF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lasgush Stoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Vlonjati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romeo Vlonjati, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 12 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Eneo Shaho was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Romeo Vlonjati did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Eneo Shaho 18 minutes into the match. Romeo Vlonjati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Eneo Shaho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trim Alikaj hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Shkrel KF's zone, Françesk Toptani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eneo Shaho came out of the goal and Françesk Toptani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Romeo Vlonjati who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shkrel KF's Eneo Shaho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eneo Shaho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Vlonjati, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes Shkrel KF got a freekick which was hit by Rezart Teli. Gjirokastër's Françesk Toptani got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Gjirokastër getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Françesk Toptani hit a great ball. Françesk Toptani took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eneo Shaho. Eneo Shaho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Merlon Kadare was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rezart Teli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eneo Shaho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Vlonjati in the 53rd minute of the match. Eneo Shaho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Vlonjati in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Gjirokastër's Elton Zjani got control of the ball when Kelsi Pajo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Gjirokastër was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olsi Bushati to maneuver through the defense. Drian Guxholli charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Drian Guxholli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Shkrel KF's Nderim Hima tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gjirokastër's Elton Zjani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Gjirokastër from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Gjirokastër's Drian Guxholli got a free kick in the 75th minute. Elton Zjani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merlon Kadare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gjirokastër's Françesk Toptani got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Shkrel KF getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lasgush Stoli hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Françesk Toptani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gjirokastër's supporters rose to their feet, but Françesk Toptani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eneo Shaho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Françesk Toptani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Françesk Toptani struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Eneo Shaho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gjirokastër. When the referee ended the match the Gjirokastër players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
