Drino Kraja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rio Babamusta having to interfere. In the 13th minute Drino Kraja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rio Babamusta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Delvina getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Skifter Nini hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Gegë Murati managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoçisht FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gegë Murati was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rio Babamusta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nedin Zendeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ndoc Rramadani having to interfere. Rio Babamusta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drino Kraja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hoçisht FK booed when Delvina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamit Paloka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes, Hoçisht FK's Artan Hajdari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rio Babamusta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hoçisht FK reached it. Rio Babamusta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gegë Murati in the 28th minute of play. Delvina 's Rio Babamusta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ervis Elmasllari in the 31st minute of play. Drino Kraja might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rio Babamusta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Drino Kraja ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gegë Murati in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rio Babamusta saved Delvina from getting behind. After having played for 40 minutes, Gegë Murati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hoçisht FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gegë Murati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Delvina 's zone, Gegë Murati stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rio Babamusta came out of the goal and Gegë Murati tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 46 played minutes Delvina got a freekick which was hit by Erin Gjasyla. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erin Gjasyla to make the kick off. Ndoc Rramadani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erin Gjasyla, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Erin Gjasyla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd match minute, Delvina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Skifter Nini to maneuver through the defense. Gegë Murati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rio Babamusta having to interfere. Hoçisht FK's Gegë Murati got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hoçisht FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
