Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bexhet Kita made the kick off and thus started the match. Lirim Kotomelo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Tom Kaçi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rrok Kaçka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes in the game, Tom Kaçi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rrok Kaçka having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Hotolisht's goal looked a bit too open when Bexhet Kita came free, but Xhevdet Januzaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ekrem Starova blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rrok Kaçka having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Tom Kaçi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hotolisht's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Kaçi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rrok Kaçka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Imer Tepelena during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Derjan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Imer Tepelena to maneuver through the defense. Xhevdet Januzaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bexhet Kita in the 32nd minute of play. When Lirim Kotomelo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hotolisht's protests and gave Lirim Kotomelo a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Hotolisht got a freekick which was hit by Lirim Kotomelo. 37 minutes into the game, Renald Gjyle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Derjan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hotolisht the free kick. After a rather tough play, Derjan's Renald Gjyle got a free kick in the 37th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Hotolisht's Bjordi Sadikaj tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Derjan's Dashi Osmani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xhevdet Januzaj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Bexhet Kita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Derjan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bexhet Kita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hotolisht's Xhevdet Januzaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bexhet Kita in the 43rd minute of play.

Ekrem Starova struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Rrok Kaçka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hotolisht. Xhevdet Januzaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bexhet Kita, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rrok Kaçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Kaçi in the 75th minute of the match. Rrok Kaçka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekrem Starova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dashi Osmani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Xhevdet Januzaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Dashi Osmani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Derjan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tom Kaçi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rrok Kaçka having to interfere. The Derjan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Derjan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
