Valon Neziri might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kliti Guga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 17th match minute, Lurë SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dasant Bedini to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Albano Rugova was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballshi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lurë SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ballshi's Albano Rugova got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Petrit Ahmetaj fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lurë SK's protests and gave Petrit Ahmetaj a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lurë SK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Petrit Ahmetaj hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Sefedin Dragoti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remzi Hysenbegasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skënder Shahini charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Skënder Shahini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albano Rugova in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kliti Guga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the match, Lurë SK's goalkeeper Kliti Guga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Rugova. If Fllad Beqaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Albano Rugova managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballshi's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Rugova was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kliti Guga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albano Rugova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kliti Guga having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valon Neziri to strike the kick off in the second half. When Albano Rugova came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ballshi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Rugova couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ballshi booed when Lurë SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llesh Kastrati didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Valon Neziri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kliti Guga was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Kliti Guga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Rugova in the 56th minute of play. Valon Neziri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kliti Guga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lurë SK's Kliti Guga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valon Neziri in the 70th minute of play. Albano Rugova recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute Valon Neziri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kliti Guga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Lurë SK got a freekick which was hit by Dasant Bedini. If Albano Rugova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nebi Haxhiu couldn't finish the play. Qatip Gallo charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Qatip Gallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Qatip Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Lurë SK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ballshi side.
