After 33 minutes of play, Pogradeci FCA's Klodian Kasapi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Drini Kapaj was left in no man's land by his defense there! Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajo Qose in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Luftim Hamdiu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andres Savion saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Mali i Thatë FC booed when Pogradeci FCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sulejman Starova didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luftim Hamdiu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pogradeci FCA's Andres Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demirel Arbnori in the 43rd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eneid Ilo to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Drini Kapaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zylyftar Rexhepi. But to his dismay, Demirel Arbnori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Klodian Kasapi made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Drini Kapaj would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Zylyftar Rexhepi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Drini Kapaj made a huge save. Mali i Thatë FC's Meleq Tare was substituted for Lirim Osja. After 65 played minutes Mali i Thatë FC got a freekick which was hit by Pajtim Tepelena. A hard shot by Sulejman Starova from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Drini Kapaj's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 67th minute Pogradeci FCA were awarded a corner. Sulejman Starova went to the cornerflag to take it.
