The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Kajan's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Dracena came free, but Erin Muslimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joan Pepa during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erin Muslimi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tião Donato's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Erin Muslimi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boiken Juniku in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Boiken Juniku made a precise shot to the right of Erin Muslimi. Kajan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Kajan's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Conrao came free, but Erin Muslimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Ersan Genç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kajan's Erin Muslimi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boiken Juniku in the 35th minute of play. Boiken Juniku scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erin Muslimi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Donato Conrao put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Erin Muslimi. Tosun Manjani scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erin Muslimi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Conrao was the one to do the kick off. Tião Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erin Muslimi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. Erin Muslimi was a little too slow when Boiken Juniku got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. If Tosun Manjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Kajan got a freekick which was hit by Nimet Bice. Armend Paloka kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Tião Donato took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Erin Muslimi to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armend Paloka during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Daniel van Zwieten came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Prishtina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel van Zwieten couldn't finish the play. Gilvan Luz took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erin Muslimi. Erin Muslimi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. If Tosun Manjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Conrao got free with Erin Muslimi in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, Kajan's goalkeeper Erin Muslimi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Conrao. In the 92nd minute Tosun Manjani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erin Muslimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Erin Muslimi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Prishtina FC played a much better game than Kajan and deserved their victory. The Kajan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
