Edward Fountain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colin Lynch in the 66th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tom Tetley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edward Fountain was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Bow's Marcus Vaughn got a free kick in the 80th minute. Edward Fountain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Keith Thornton went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 87 played minutes Liverpool F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tom Tetley. Keith Thornton hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. A collision led to Liverpool F.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Dylan Shuttleworth hit a great ball. When Sammy Hardcastle, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 96 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Colin Caine was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.
