Stanislav Milko's late challenge caught a Polonne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanislav Milko helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nadvirna! In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Polonne. Mykhaylo Kishka stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rostyslav Galandjiy. 0-1. If Vladyslav Gumenyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fedir Shmatchenko during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nadvirna's Fedir Shmatchenko got a free kick in the 11th minute. Lyubomyr Onufryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Goncharenko having to interfere. If Lyubomyr Onufryk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute Volodymyr Kaznyukha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vyacheslav Goncharenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vyacheslav Goncharenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mykola Vorobey, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Volodymyr Kaznyukha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nadvirna's supporters rose to their feet, but Volodymyr Kaznyukha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vyacheslav Goncharenko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Volodymyr Kaznyukha in the 38th minute of play forced Polonne's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Goncharenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Tymur Makhnovskyi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polonne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nadvirna the free kick. In the 39th match minute, Polonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymur Makhnovskyi to maneuver through the defense. Rostyslav Galandjiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladyslav Gumenyuk's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 55thth minute of the game Volodymyr Kaznyukha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polonne's Vyacheslav Goncharenko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Nadvirna booed when Polonne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Popadyukha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyubomyr Onufryk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Polonne's Artur Popadyukha got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Volodymyr Kaznyukha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Goncharenko having to interfere. Vladyslav Gumenyuk struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Rostyslav Galandjiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polonne. Tykhon Gaydarzhy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Volodymyr Kaznyukha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nadvirna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volodymyr Kaznyukha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lyubomyr Onufryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Goncharenko having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Polonne walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
