Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Volodymyr Maruschak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rostyslav Yakovenko's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Sambir Kolos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Igor Predchuk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Igor Predchuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sambir's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Predchuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Volodymyr Maruschak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Predchuk kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Sambir Kolos booed when Sambir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gennadiy Zuyevych didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Rostyslav Yakovenko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 15 minutes into the game, Rostyslav Yakovenko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Volodymyr Maruschak. Rostyslav Yakovenko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Igor Khrypko fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sambir's protests and gave Igor Khrypko a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Roman Bezsmertnyi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dmytro Gvozdevych was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Vitaliy Gluschenko, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Sambir Kolos's Olexandr Petryshyn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dmytro Gvozdevych narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sambir's goalkeeper Dmytro Gvozdevych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 played minutes Sambir Kolos got a freekick which was hit by Roman Slyvka. Volodymyr Maruschak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rostyslav Yakovenko in the 44th minute of play. If Igor Predchuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Olexandr Petryshyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Bezsmertnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dmytro Gvozdevych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rostyslav Yakovenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volodymyr Maruschak having to interfere. Igor Predchuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Rostyslav Yakovenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sambir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rostyslav Yakovenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Predchuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Volodymyr Maruschak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sambir booed when Sambir Kolos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonid Androsenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sambir fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Sambir's Rostyslav Yakovenko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th match minute, Sambir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Khrypko to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sambir getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nazariy Voznyi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Bezsmertnyi got free with Dmytro Gvozdevych in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Yevgen Voytovych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Bezsmertnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dmytro Gvozdevych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olexandr Petryshyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dmytro Gvozdevych made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Bezsmertnyi in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes Olexandr Petryshyn rounded Sambir's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
