Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vasyl Sobol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentyn Lagoida having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Zhytomyr got a penalty, and Borys Kupalnyi placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Borys Kupalnyi charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Kupalnyi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Perehinske booed when Zhytomyr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Kupalnyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhytomyr's Vadym Kobzystyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiy Turchyn in the 16th minute of play. Igor Kanyuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perehinske's goalkeeper Valentyn Lagoida, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Vasyl Sobol put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Valentyn Lagoida. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anton Kotovenko in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentyn Lagoida saved Perehinske from getting behind. With a little luck, Perehinske's Valentyn Lagoida got control of the ball when Vasyl Sobol tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Anton Kotovenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Anton Kotovenko took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Valentyn Lagoida to make any attempt to save it. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zhytomyr's goalkeeper Vadym Kobzystyi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Anton Kotovenko made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Zhytomyr was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladyslav Maschenko to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Demjan Gitchenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vasyl Sobol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Kotovenko might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentyn Lagoida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anton Kotovenko ran back to his position shaking his head. After 66 played minutes Zhytomyr got a freekick which was hit by Vladyslav Maschenko. After 67 minutes, Anton Kotovenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zhytomyr and the Perehinske players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anton Kotovenko kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Nazar Solovonyuk charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nazar Solovonyuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nazar Solovonyuk hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Kyrylo Kurganskyi fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zhytomyr's protests and gave Kyrylo Kurganskyi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Zhytomyr's Kyrylo Kurganskyi got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the referee ended the match the Zhytomyr players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
