Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Demjan Osarchuk kicked off to start the match. Roman Ulitych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demjan Osarchuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Khust getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Pavlo Stankevych hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demjan Osarchuk in the 9th minute of play forced FC Mir Donetsk's goalkeeper Roman Ulitych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Demjan Osarchuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khust's supporters rose to their feet, but Demjan Osarchuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Ulitych breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Demjan Osarchuk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Ulitych was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the match, FC Mir Donetsk's goal looked a bit too open when Demjan Osarchuk came free, but Roman Ulitych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Demjan Osarchuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demjan Osarchuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Ulitych read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Pavlo Stankevych took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Ulitych. FC Mir Donetsk's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valeriy Kozyr was the one to do the kick off. Rodion Bykovets came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Mir Donetsk's Platon Kovtun. But to his dismay, Platon Kovtun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Khust's Demjan Osarchuk got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grygoriy Kobzystyi got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sergiy Myzenko. Rodion Bykovets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriy Kozyr in the 63rd minute of the match. FC Mir Donetsk's Roman Ulitych proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC Mir Donetsk from getting a goal against them. A collision led to FC Mir Donetsk getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Grygoriy Kobzystyi hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Khust were awarded a corner. Vsevolod Braila went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 76th minute, Igor Lazarchuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Ulitych acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pavlo Stankevych. In the 91st minute, Demjan Osarchuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Khust defense, Oleg Gerasymyuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodion Bykovets. The Khust fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodion Bykovets should have stopped the shot.
